Where can I get a list of your participating merchants and a description of their discounts?
On the homepage, the participating merchants scroll along the top of the page. You can also search for merchants and view a map of merchants. Just click on a merchant’s logo, and you will see all of the information about that merchant.

How can I check which merchants I’ve already used my card at?
Log in to www.commerceclubcard.com using the username & password that you created when you purchased or activated your card. Click on "My Account" and then click on the card number that you wish to view. Once you click on the card number, you will see a list of where you have been and below that, where you still have yet to go. You can print the list of where you have yet to go by using the link at the top-right of the list.

How many times can the card be used at each merchant?
You may use your card one time at each of the participating merchants. Some merchants may choose to allow you to use the card multiple times at their establishment. This information will be listed in the "Promotion" section of each merchant's information page.

I can't remember my password. Can you help me?
YES! There is a "forgot password" tool in the login box on www.commerceclubcard.com. Click on it, enter your email address, and you will then receive an email with a link to reset your own password.

I can’t remember my username OR password. Can you help me?
YES! Please do not create a second username! Your card will not be activated under the new account that you create, and you will not be able to view your account summary. You may use the "forgot password" tool in the login box on www.commerceclubcard.com. Click on it, enter your email address, and you will then receive an email with your username and a link to reset your own password.

I lost my card. Can you send me a new one?
As a part of our terms and conditions, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. If for any reason, you need a replacement card sent to you, we can cancel the current card that is activated to you and send you a new one for a $5.00 fee. You may charge that fee to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. This transaction can only be done over the telephone with one of our customer service representatives. Please call (866) 456-1090 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. We will be happy to cancel your missing card and transfer all of your validations to the new card.

Will I get any junk in my inbox if I provide my email address to you online?
NEVER! We do not share your information with any third parties. In fact, when you choose merchants to receive extra offers from on the "Email Subscriptions" page, they must send emails through the system, and are never privy to your email address and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How can I tell if my card is already activated to me? I forgot!
Log in to www.commerceclubcard.com using the username & password that you created. Use the "forgot password" tool if you need to reset your password. The cards that are activated to you will show under "My Account." To view your activity on them, click on the card number. If there is no card number listed in the "My Account" section, then there is no card activated to that user account.

I haven’t gotten any email updates from you. Why?
Make sure that our emails are not going into your spam folder. If necessary, add us to your list of accepted domains and that will allow emails from Dine Club USA to reach your inbox.

I just received my email confirmation. How long will it be until I receive my actual card?
Please allow 10 days from the date of purchase to receive your new Commerce Club card.
